GENERAL RULES FOR EXHIBITORS

1 Entry to all classes is open to Plot Holders, Club Members, their immediate families and employees of the club. 

2 All vegetable classes MUST be grown by the exhibitor either on his plot or, in the case of greenhouse produce, at his home 

and must have been grown by the exhibitor for at least 28 days prior to the Show.  

3. No competitor shall exhibit more than one entry per class

4. All exhibits "shown as grown,"  must be cleaned.

5. The exhibitor, unless specifically stated otherwise in the Schedule, must use the containers provided by the Association.

6. All containers used in jam, fruit jelly or pickles classes must be plain (i.e. without commercial markings).   

     Containers  must be closed with cellophane or  other suitable material.

7.  Any exhibits not conforming to the wordings of the Schedule will be disqualified.

8.  The entrance fee for each class will be as stated in the Schedule.   There is no entrance fee for children's classes 

     for which the age limit is 14 years.

9.  Exhibitors cards are to be collected from the Show Secretary and must be placed name side downwards in front of the exhibit. 

10. Staging times for exhibits are as specified in the Schedule.

11. The prize monies will be those set out in the Schedule.

12. No exhibits are to be removed until after the viewing time stated in the Schedule.  

13. Trophies will be officially presented at the Plotholders AGM and only to those winners who attend the AGM

     (unless there are mitigating circumstances).

14. Trophies MUST be returned in the same condition as presented no later than 7 days after presentation

15. Any anomalies or disputes arising and not provided for within these Rules or the Schedule shall be decided by the Plotholders’
